About

Portcoffee Academy offers students three distinct course options to suit different interests and skill levels. The first option is Basic Barista Training, where students learn the fundamentals of espresso preparation, milk frothing, and cafe workflow. The second option is Manual Brewing Training, which focuses on techniques for brewing coffee using methods like pour-over, Aeropress, and French press. Lastly, Latte Art Training allows students to refine their artistic skills in creating intricate designs with steamed milk. Each course is designed to provide hands-on experience and enhance students’ understanding of coffee craftsmanship.

What We Offer

This basic barista training covers coffee bean knowledge, espresso calibration, sensory skills, frothing techniques, machine maintenance, latte art, and crafting a diverse coffee menu.

In manual brewing training, students will learn about coffee knowledge, selecting beans and brewing equipment, the differences between brewing devices, brew ratios, pouring techniques, and sensory and taste comparisons.

This basic barista training covers latte art

theory, based knowledge, forthing skills, mixing skills, pouring skills and latte art patterns.
