Our very first blend — where everything began. Marlin Blend represents the foundation of Portcoffee Roastery, crafted with the idea of bringing balance, comfort, and character into a single cup.

• Origin: Brazil Cerrado × Ethiopia Alo Agana • Altitude: 1250–1800 MASL • Varietals: Mundo Novo, Heirloom • Process: Natural  

Flavor Profile:

🍫 Dark Chocolate – Deep, grounding sweetness 🌰 Hazelnut – Smooth, nutty body 🍓 Berries – A subtle, vibrant lift on the finish

A harmony of two origins — combining the richness of Brazil with the brightness of Ethiopia. Familiar yet expressive, bold yet balanced.  

Brewing Notes: Versatile and easy to enjoy. Perfect for espresso and milk-based drinks, while still offering a gentle complexity on its own.
